Refund Policy

Since we have a 30-day return policy, you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your product.

To be able to return, your product must be in the condition it was when it reached you, meaning unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess and resolve the issue.


Exceptions/non-returnable products
Certain types of products such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), special products (e.g., custom orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for discounted products and gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.


14-day withdrawal period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without any justification. As stated above, the product must be in the condition it was when it reached you, meaning it must be unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you and notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If your request is accepted, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
