Within our 14-day return policy, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your product.

2️⃣ Return Conditions

Products to be returned;

  • Not used, not tried, and undamaged

  • Having the tags on them

  • Sent completely in its original packaging

  • Return must be made together with the invoice or purchase document

4️⃣ Return Shipping (IMPORTANT)

Return shipping label is provided only if our company deems appropriate.

Unless otherwise specified, returns are made at the customer's own shipping arrangement, cost, and responsibility.

The customer is responsible for damage, loss or delays that may occur during the shipping process.

5️⃣ Damaged, Missing or Wrong Products

Please check immediately when you receive your order.

6️⃣ Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for the following products:

  • Flammable, hazardous materials

7️⃣ Free Shipping Campaign and Return Status

Shipping is free for orders of 100 € and above.

If the order is returned in whole or in part, and the remaining amount after the return falls below 100 €, all shipping costs offered free of charge during the order will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

This practice is carried out to preserve the conditions of the campaign.

Exchanges are not made.

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the current product and after the return is approved, place a new order.

9️⃣ European Union Right of Withdrawal

According to European Union legislation, there is a right of withdrawal within 14 days without any reason if the product is sent within the EU.

This right is valid on the condition that the product is unused and in its original condition.

🔟 Refunds

After the refund reaches us and is checked, you will be informed.

If the refund is approved, the payment will be made within 10 business days at the latest, using the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, this period may be extended.
